Nervup-OD is actually just a nutritional supplement that contains several vitamins that are vital to your body and believed to help with nerve pain and function.
It contains Methycobalamin, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Folic Acid and Pyridoxine.

They are generally considered safe to be taken regularly, as long as you don't exceed the recommended amount and you haven't been told that you shouldn't take them due to some medical reason.
They aren't tested for side effects, as is done with actual prescription drugs, but they have been known to cause nausea in some people that take them.
