Does NEFROSAVE TABLETS cause diarrea? tell me it's GIT side effects.

The answer to your question is yes. Gastrointestinal side effects reported after oral administration of Nefrosave (acetylcysteine) have included: nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, heartburn, dyspepsia, rectal bleeding, and epigastric pain.

Dear Dr
I am taking Nefrosave tablet details as below
1. Taurine & Acentylocystenine
2. Each tab contain
Tauine 500mg
Acetylcylosteine 150mg
3. Started on 14 nov 2011

Please advice any side effects

Personnel details
Age 51 Male 160cm 75Kg
Dibetic since 2009, so Dr added BP+ Colastrol in 2011
Tabs are
Amary 1 mb ½ - 0 – ½ -- from 10th Jan 2011
Micardis 40mg ( Telmisartan ) 1 – 0 – 0 from 10th Jan 2011
Lipomax 10mg ( Atorvastatin 10mg ) from 3ed Dec 2011
Janumet 50mg / 1000mg tab 0 -0- 1
( stagliptin phosphate equivalent to 50mg sitagliptin / 100mg metformin HCI)

Please advice any side effects

My creation level is 1.28 .urea is 28. Doctor has advised Nefrozon twice a day. Is it has side effect.below my under arms skin get black spotted.is it due to this medicine.pl advise.

My creatinine is 1.6 . No Suger. Having BP.now i am taking Nefrusave forte twice daily. Kidney function will be normal
.other Doctor advised nodosis ds 1000mg twice daily instead of nefrosave. Which is right
