Need To Know What A Large Oblong White Pill P 225 Is?

I found this pill and just need to know what it is. It's kind of a big oblong white pill with P 225 on one side and nothing on the other side. What is it?

This tablet is manufactured by Pharmaceutical Formulations under the trade name ES Back-Ache and other similar store brand names, they list it as containing 467mgs of Magnesium Salicylate.

The FDA classifies it as a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory and lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, heartburn and stomach irritation.
