Need Some Answers

I feel I have been on all anti-pressants ever made, I self medicated with booze for a long time so of course none of them worked or made me sleepy. Well finally I got off the booze about 4 years ago and I like Remeron but I`m diabetic and scared of all the talk about weight gain, I keep my numbers down for the diebetes, I`m 67 and I tread very lightly.

Have you talked to your doctor?

I know you say that you've tried them all, but there are some relatively new ones on the market and not all of them are known to cause weight gain. Your doctor may be able to suggest one you can try that wouldn't cause this issue.

I understand why you tread lightly, being diabetic and your age.

Have you tried any natural treatments?

Some people have great luck with OTC supplements such as Ashwagandha and SamE, so those are other options you can discuss with your doctor.
