Need A Pain Med For Chronic Pain From Crps Type 2 That Does Not Contain Tylenol

Hello..I have Crps type 2 and take Norco 10/325....Is there any other pain med that DOES NOT CONTAIN TYLENOL that would work for me,, esp since I like my Liver and want to keep it as long as possible without killing it from Tylenol....Thank You

I also suffer from CRPS both knees. Wanted to let you know that I gave Zohydro a chance for a year from my PM doc because of the no tylenol thing. It was a very aggravating year because Zohydro did not touch my pain at any strength. Should you try it and get no relief please don't waste time like I did being promised that it could take months to work. You know your pain and you know when something isn't working. Speak up and get a new medication or a new PM.

Yes, there are quite a few other options that don't contain Acetaminophen/Tylenol that you can ask your doctor about, including Oxycodone, Morphine, Dilaudid and a new version of time released Hydrocodone without the Acetaminophen called Zohydro.

This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
