I have been having servere anxiety. And need help! Just moved here. And cant seen to find the help I need.

Do you have a PCP in your new area, or is that the type of doctor you're looking for?

Due to the new regulations that were put in place last year, in order to have a medication such as Xanax prescribed, you'll need to see a specialist, a general practice physician can no longer prescribe it for you. The easiest thing to do would most likely be to get in with a new PCP and have them refer you to someone.

This medication carries the risk of being habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability.

I found a family Dr this morning to go too. If he could not help with anxiety, he could point me in the right direction.
