Just google suboxone doctors in the town you want followed by louisiana. It will show results.

Please don't stay on for more than 2 weeks. I was getting 4 strips daily. Does NOTHING for pain. A lot of LA docs won't currently take anything but several hundred in cash. I'm looking for Embeda, morphine and naloxone. No one Louisiana has a clue what it is!!! I have had to change due to Medicaid. I'm in Slidell, not one doc on the entire northshore. People pay $250 a visit and have to sell half their meds so they can have food.

Hey, do you know of a doctor that takes Medicaid. I have to go 9 hours round trip Monday and Thursday. I'm already feeling terrible. Any help is appreciated. Thx

Hi, Sherry. I do know a doctor's office in Lafayette who accepts Medicaid as payment for the office visit each month. I really don't want to put the information on here as it may create chaos at the office and I don't want to be the cause of that.

I found a methadone clinic that takes medicaid..ty very much for answering my question to a suboxone dr that tajes medicaid.. By the way the clinic also takes medicaid for suboxone also

Really? That's great! I've never heard of a Methadone Clinic accepting Medicaid in Louisiana. I know the clinic in Lake Charles never did unless they've changed their policy. I know in bigger cities such as Dallas, Texas use to. I'm glad for you. To some of us, that's such wonderful news!

I noticed you said, NOT Dr. Ulrich. I'm surprised by that. Not sure if you've been there recently but, they no have several Nurse Practitioners too who you can choose to see. Just wanted to let you know.

Your information is wrong my dear. You need to update this information for people searching for a Medicaid accepted clinic in which there are several!!! And Medicaid not only will pay for the visit, it pays for the medication as well, all but about $3.00.
