No, they are not the same, Nebicard contains Nebivolol; which is a beta blocker, so Amlodipine is a different medication that is classified as a calcium channel blocker.

The U.S. FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, and hypotension.
