Hi. I am a 20yr old male. I've got this lump on the right side of my head and lyk a boil jus behind my ryt ear. The doctr gave me Eryko 250 for this. Since I took eryko my lymph nodes have been swelling and I've got a high fever as well as a skin rash. I would like to know if this is caused by eryko 250 as all this started after taking eryko 250. I am taking the pill for an abscessed tooth also. It has been 4 days and most of the infection is gone. My one big complaint is the bitterness in my mouth caused by the pill. does this help with dizziness and weakness in the body for the same dizziness ## Dolo-Neurobion is actually just a multivitamin, thus, it will only help if the dizziness is being caused by a deficiency in one of the vital nutrients it contains.
