I bought natalbes pre and postnatal vitamins. Just wanna ask if it is safe or good to take even not pregnant? But i am trying to concieve..and i heard that prenatal vitamins is also good before pregnancy.. But for this one i am not pretty sure... I hope you can help me. Thanks
