Naproxen Sodium(flanax Forte) Okay For Diabetics?

My neck & shoulder is paining for more than a week now but I am a diabetic person. Can I take Naproxen Sodium (flanax forte) 550 mg as pain reliever?

It really depends on what other medications the patient is taking, and what medical conditions they have been diagnosed with?

The NIH warns that this medication may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, increased of bleeding, stomach irritation, and easy bruising.
