No, I didn't find any interactions listed between them, but it is always best to double check.
Both pain, and a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory can cause you to have elevated blood pressure, according to FDA and AMA reports.
How high is your blood pressure and how much Naproxen are you taking? The FDA also warns that Lyrica can cause hypertension, though it is a very rare side effect.
It could be that this just isn't the right medication combination for you. Have you tried an antiviral for the Shingles? It can often help shorten the duration of them, and lessen the symptoms.
