Nac 50mg

I'm osteo Artheritis patient .I've been prescribed Nac-50mg tabi.e. Diclofenac Sodium tablet by my doctor.Is it safe medicine?

Diclofenac is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that's used to treat pain, fever and swelling.

Normal side effects may include: nausea, headache, dizziness and stomach irritation.
