Small white pill NL at top..underneath the passing#4 think they r generic somas, I know a bigger white pill with that imprint is nicorette, but this is small

From what I'm finding, it seems that there are just several that are Nicorette lozenges and all use the NL 4 marking on them.

There aren't any Soma that I can find with that marking.

Does it smell minty, like the lozenges do?

Based on your description, the only match I'm finding is a 4mg "Commit Nicotine Lozenge", manufactured by GLAXO CONSUMER HEALTHCARE L.P.

Apparently the Flavor is mint, so if you were to smell it up close or lick it, I'd imagine you'd be able to make a better determination as to what this pill really is; otherwise, no other matches are coming up in my searches.
