Can you use Myprodol, Ibuprofen and Painblock together?

It wouldn't be advisable to mix them and most likely it would also be unnecessary.

Myprodol contains the active ingredients Ibuprofen, Codeine and Paracetamol, so you'd be doubling up on the Ibuprofen and the Paracetamol, since that's what's in Painblok.

I have a painful right thumb,that enable me to even write.. I did see a doctor n issued even x-ray but he can't find any problem. Now I'm taking painblok to ease the pain,as im writing my final exam,is dat safe? & also is there any medical explanation for my thumb?
