Hello, Margo! How are you?

I would advise caution, because this medication is listed as containing Ibuprofen, Paracetamol and Codeine, so running after taking it could cause some severe dizziness, nausea and vomiting, as listed by the U.S. FDA.

This medication also carries the risk of being habit forming.
