This tablet contains Diazepam 10 mg (NDC 0378-0477). Diazepam is commonly used to treat a range of conditions, including anxiety, seizures, alcohol withdrawal syndrome, benzodiazepine withdrawal syndrome, muscle spasms, insomnia, and restless legs syndrome.

Inactive Ingredients:

- Silicon Dioxide
- Magnesium Stearate
- Cellulose, Microcrystalline
- Starch, Corn
- Sodium Lauryl Sulfate
- Fd&c Blue No. 1
- D&c Yellow No. 10
