Hi John,
The capsule with imprint Mylan 2537 is a combination of Hydrochlorothiazide 25 mg + Triamterene 37.5 mg (it's generic for Dyazide, and is manufactured by Mylan Pharmaceuticals).
This medication is used for treating high blood pressure. From what you are reporting it sounds like your BP might be dropping low, causing "hyperactive deep tendon reflexes". You should report this to your doctor ASAP since they might need to adjust your dosing schedule.
