My Problem Is Chronic Fatique And Restless Legs (Top voted first)

For over 20 years I suffer and I really mean suffer from chronic fatigue and restless legs. There is hardly any energy. And life is not very pleasurable. I know that many people do have that problem to. but there is no cure. Thanks Hetty.

I also have this problem. I don't have the typical restless legs so much as I have the periodic limb movement disorder and never feel rested. I also have apnea and use a c pap machine but it never has made any difference in feeling better.

I just started on 300 mg gabapentin but not sure if it is going to help. So far it seems to give me anxiety upon waking.

Iron is a huge connection to restless legs and PLMD. I am still researching so not sure if there is a special test beyond the regular iron test?

and this is strange....some people swear that going to bed with a bar of soap cures it. I haven't tried it yet. My neighbor says any soap stops it right away for him. I have heard also it needs to be Irish Spring. I need to try this. So easy and no side effects. Writing this I wonder why I didn't try this first before taking another medication?
