I believe the marking you're looking at might be JSP 544 and, if that is the case, this tablet is manufactured by Lannett and they list it as being a 125mcg Digoxin tablet, which is used to treat irregular heart beat.
The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache and hypotension.
