Try celery seed they have it in a formula and if u eat at least 4 stalks a day and a cup of beer juice and a 16 oz of lemon water will lower your blood pressure naturally everyday you can also blend celery or juice celery with watermelon which both fruits and veg has natural diuretics to lower your body safely I am not a doctor nor am I giving advice I'm simply stating what I do for my self that helps big time also anxiety is a stress so find out what is the cause of your stress is it the traffic your job your spouse the kids if so deal with that to alleviate those stressors by will go down some as well
