My Back Pain Doctor Will No Longer Prescribe Me Oxycodone 10mg 3x Daily!

Help me in Raleigh/Durham, NC....I am 31 years old, otherwise healthy male, with two slipped/herniated discs, low (L4, L5) Facet Degeneration, Chronic Back Pain, and multiple other issues with my low back. I also suffer from severe migraine headaches, anxiety, and mild ADHD I have been dealing with this for over 8 years. Sometimes the pain is so bad that I can't get out of bed and I have had to call out sick to work several times risking my job. I see a neurologist (who will also no longer see me) who was prescribing Dilaudid 8MG up to 3 times a day, Lorazepam 1MG Tabs up to 6 per Day and Methylphenidate 20MG up to 3X daily. I have always been 100% honest, open, and passed every UA I was given. All this trouble started when my vehicle was broken into and some of the medicines were stolen. I filed a report, I was questioned by a investigator and next thing I know I'm being charged with 1 Count of Prescribtion Fraud by Misrepresention/Withholing...a class I Felony. Here I am, in extreme pain, almost completely out of my meds, about to start a new job - and an over-zealous investigator believes a lying doctor (who is only covering his own ass) and now I am $2000 in the hold because I have had to hire a criminal defense attorney. I am beside myself, I need a miracle, I need help - I have found a Psychiatrist who has stabilized my meds for the time being and was nice enough to believe me, look over my evidencee, and come to the same concusion that they charge is totally bogus. I am crying, I've been up all night....and I am so desperate for pain relief that I am considering driving downtown and trying to get any type of painkiller so I can actually more around. Help me, help me, help me please.

Try Durahm Pain and SPINe. Bring your police report as they will need that to prove you didn't divert your meds. Beth Acala is WONDERFUL. I have been seeing her for 6 years.

Why would you have pain pills in your car???? I hear all the time about this car getting broken into bull. You have to read between the lines when you hear this. Narcs like the ones you take should be in a safe in your house not in your car. I wouldn't write you scripts either. Tylenol works great so you know. :)

Your shrink will pretend they believe anything their patients say. That many meds have trouble written all over it. You need to get off drugs and get a job. Sounds like bulls*** to me. Try going to a real doc and not some crooked one that hands out any pill you ask for.

Leaving them in the car is just asking for them to be stolen.... Hell I'm sorry if I see a 3 mo script of 180 Roxy 30s, best believe I'm takin them!!! So many people get turned down from pain and a lot of people can't afford the medicine even if they did get a script.
