Multaq And Thinning Hair

I have been on Multaq for about two months. I have an artificial heart valve and atrial fibrillation. The drug seems to work well so far, however my hair is thinning. Has anyone else had this problem? Yesterday the doctor said my heart rate was normal. What are other side effects that have been experienced?

Only problem I've had is it doesn't work for me. Cardioversion has not worked either. Guess I'm one of the 40% that has Afib after By-Pass surgery. Looks like Coumaden or surgery.

Been taking Multag for 3 mos and my hair is coming out really bad. Also, my scalp itches. I can put up with other side effects but not losing my hair. Think I need to call my cardiologist about this.

Hair thinning, and hair loss are not listed as known side effects of Multaq, the FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, bradycardia, worsening heart failure, and diarrhea.
