is mucobron forte capsule contraindicated to diabetic people?

I have taken ambroxol hci 75 mg for 10 days but my cough is still persisting and hard to expel phlegm. Last night I took montelukast thinking that I might have an allergy. I felt some relief but I feel the phlegm is still hard to expel.I also tried using benzydomine hydrochloride to control my itchy throat. Can I still take mucobron Forte capsule 25mg 3x a day?Thank you.
