Mouth Swab Tested Positive While Taking Amlodipine For My Blood Pressure

I just had a mouth swab drug test for my job and it tested positive. I for one do not use drugs and i've had the swab test four other times and never failed. Now i'm on these blood pressure pills and I don't know if that could have caused it. The medication is called amlodipine and because of this situation i've lost my job.
