Is this good for those having insomia? I cant sleep well at night.

My son is now10 mos old, kakagaling lang sa skit with mouth sores, as in the whole day 2oz lang nadede nya kasi nga my mouth sores sabay fever pa, my pedia prescribed mesoger vita syrup sya, after that day taking the supplement ang takaw sa tulog ang lakas magdede at ang takaw sa solid foods. 1 ml yung bngay sknya per day for 1 week until next visit namin sa pedia nya for follow up.
