I WAS WONDERING IF MORPHIN CAME IN 10 MG AND IF THEY WERE BLUE ??? IF NOT WHAT COULD THIS PILL BE?? ALL BLUE WITH A 10 ON ONE SIDE? ## Yes, there is a blue 10mg Morphine tablet, however, what it is really depends on the markings on the tablet. Is a 10 the only marking on it? Or are there any addition letters or logos?

a friend gave me a peach color pill thats shaped like a stop sign with an imprint of a 5 on it. he claims its morphine. what is it?woos ## This is actually a 5mg Opana ER tablet, which contains the active ingredient Oxymorphone. small round pill maybe brown or maroon in color with an M or W imprinted on one side. No other markings. ## I have searched for this one quite a few times, using different resources, but I am just not finding an identification anywhere. Are you in the U.S.? ## This is a morphine pill. My husband is on 2 - 30 mg morphine daily. He feels terrible and just wants to get off. How? ## From personal experience, I can tell you that even only using it as prescribed can result in severe withdrawal symptoms if you stop cold turkey. Mine lasted for nearly a month. The best way to stop Morphine is to slowly taper it off, that way you minimize the withdrawals. He should really consult his doctor to get the best taper schedule and be under a doctor's supervision while he is stopping it. It is a very potent narcotic. Has he spoken to his doctor about his desire to stop using it, yet?

Is this a time release?
