What is in the Mylan 30 mgs ER that makes the pill so large when Endo 30 mgs ER is so tiny ## It just depends on the fillers/inactive ingredients that the company has chosen to use in them. There is a standard list of substances that the FDA considers inactive and safe, that they can chose from using, when manufacturing their tablets, some cause the pill to be larger. Is there anything else I can help with?

Can a 60mg morphine pill be mixed with SAPHRIS 10MG SUBLINGUAL TABLET, I take two 10mg saphris tablets a day, normally at bedtime. I just want to know if it is safe or not. Please help me with this very important question. ## Has your doctor prescribed them both, so they are aware that you are taking both medications? Both the Morphine and Saphris can cause depression of the central nervous system and taking them together can have additive effects that may worsen it. Therefore, the dosage has to be carefully taken under consideration and calculated. You should also know to watch for any signs of it, such as extreme sedation, drowsiness, shallow breathing and lowered heart rate.

Is this drug used after menopause, as it is before, in treating polycistic ovarian syndrome? ## Hi Belle, The drug you are referring to as "Metamorphine" does not show up under any type of search (google, drug databases, etc) with information related to your topic. I also searched a number of different variations for this. Did you mean to say Morphine or Metformin by chance? From what I could gather, Metformin is sometimes used as a remedy for Polycystic ovary syndrome. I also found a link with more information on this condition, that you may find useful. If you scroll down a bit, you'll see that it offers advice on using other treatment options as well: I hope this information helps!

I have been taking ms 60mg for six months. first i received a light tanish round waxy pill with a coating. then 3 months ago i received the same but burnt orange in color. same markings abg and 60. the pharmacy told me that the manufacturer had switched to a different color. idk why, but half of my script was tan and the other orange. 2 months ago i received only orange ones. and then last month i received oblong orange ones marked e655 and 60. these are more chalky and do not have wax. they ARE the same thing only different binders. If you prefer the ones with e655 ask your pharmacist for the ones made by ENDO Labs. ## It is completely normal for your pharmacy to switch what generic medication they provide, at any given time, depending on which manufacturer was offering the cheapest pr...

I need a step by step on how to iv 2 white morphine 15 from the begining till i it's ready to iv. ## I'm sorry, but I am unable to provide you with such information. Using any medication in a manner in which it is not intended to be used is considered illegal activity in the U.S. and, since that is where we are based, we have to abide by the relevant laws. I also have to tell you that trying to use them in such a manner is very dangerous. Not only do you risk overdose, but tablets contain fillers and not all of them are meant to be broken down by the human body. Normally, these substances are just expelled as waste, but if you try to break tablets down for injecting, you are placing these substances in your body in a manner, in which, it cannot properly process them out. This cr...

Just prescribed for on Morphine Sulfate SA. Would like to know to what effect this will be different from 4-10 mg hydrocodone/500 APAP, daily ? ## They are both narcotics, so the side effects are going to be very similar, such as nausea, dizziness, dry mouth and constipation. However, the SA stands for sustained action, so the Morphine is a time released product that is meant to help give you better pain control. Is there anything else I can help with?

In 2008 I had back surgery for sciatac problems, spinal fussion. I was left with severe back pain afterwards. I now see a pain managment MD and take 30mg MS Contin 3 x day, Vicoden 5/325 prn and have a spinal neurostimulator implanted in my back. I recently applied for a job (medical proffesional) had blood and urine test, so I told them why and obtained a letter from my doctor stating why I was on meds and that I had no restrictions or limitations. Well, the offer of the job was recinded. My husband thinks I should go off these meds next time and then not had to deal with any of this. So - how long would I have to be off the morphine for it to NOT show up on a drug test? Also aware that stoping these meds abruptly is not advised and I would discuss with my doctor. Thanks in advance ## ...

Was told morphine but can't find match for it in pill book ## This tablet doesn't contain Morphine, it's actually a different narcotic analgesic. These are both opiates, but is there any specific difficulties in mixing these two meds? ## There are actually interactions found between Morphine and Opana. Specifically related to the central nervous system: "Central nervous system- and/or respiratory-depressant effects may be additively or synergistically increased in patients taking multiple drugs that cause these effects, especially in elderly or debilitated patients. During concomitant use of these drugs, patients should be monitored for potentially excessive or prolonged CNS and respiratory depression." Also to note, Morphine interacts with alcohol in a somewhat similar manner: "The central nervous system-depressant effects of morphine and alcohol may be additive. The combination may result in additive CNS-depression ...

I have a pian pump inserted in my back and they are going to change from morphine to delaudid to keep from scar tissue building up on the nipple of the insert. How does this sound to you? ## Yes, it is completely normal for them to switch the medication used, periodically, to prevent issues with the pump and also to help prevent your building too much of a tolerance to any one medication, which could cause it to stop working for you. Dilaudid contains the active ingredient Hydromorphone, it is a very potent narcotic and may cause side effects similar to the Morphine, such as nausea, dizziness, constipation and drowsiness. my doctor gave me morphine sulfate 6 mg IV on friday and saturday and i have a drug test on wednesday. Will i be tested positive for this? ## How did the test turn out? For future reference, like most other narcotics, Morphine can be detectable in standard urine tests for approximately 4 to 5 days after last dosing. However, if you have a valid prescription and/or it was administered by a doctor in a medical setting, then you only need to inform them of this, when you go in for testing. Unless you are under some type of treatment contract, or other agreement where you have signed statements that you will not use anything, under any circumstances, they cannot deny you the use of legally prescribed, or administered medications.

I was on oxycontin 20MG 5 times pr day... I grew a tolerance and rather than up the dose, I managed to get back onto teva-morphine SR 30 MG, but what I took before was hydro-morphine 30 MG..trying to find out the differences ## You're actually mixing up drug and manufacturer names here, which may be creating some of your confusion. The one you called Teva-Morphine is actually just the narcotic Morphine and Teva is the manufacturer. The other one is actually called Hydromorphone, it is still a narcotic, but a different one and it is very potent. Are there any other questions or comments? ## Seems I have side effects from the various versions of Morphine Sulfate I have changed to recently. I knew I had alergic and sick to my stomcah problems when I was given Morphine in Hospital, but ...

These things don't work... ## What types of problems are you having with them? It's hard to provide any information, when your post provides no details. This is a 30mg time release formulation of Morphine, which is a very potent narcotic analgesic.

However, if the test he is doing shows the levels of it, then those may be off and could alert him to a problem. Are there any other questions or comments? ## What ingredients are in Roxy 80's?
