I am 80 years old. I have a) Night dry cough spoiling my sleep and well being. b) Have lack of stamina after early morning hours worsening to inability to walk even a hundred meters by evening. I feel healthy otherwise because 1) I do not have any problem to do daily morning walk 5.5 kilometers 2) I think I am exceptionally healthy except for the above two problems because all hematological, enzymatic and cardiology tests under limit. By using 5 mg. Statin daily Cholesterol is below 150 but the HDL is very low fat around 20 for the past 15 years. No blood sugar or any problem. Kidney and Liver function tests are also good. 3) Scans including CT, ECG, Echocardiograph, Tread Mill Test etc. show reasonable good heart function for my age.
