Monticope contains Montelukast and Levocetirizine. These are both used to treat the symptoms of colds and allergies.

Side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and headache.

I'm having problem while going into the bed. My breath slows down to the extent that I've to make efforts to pull air to fill my lungs. But then due to lack of oxygen or blood my I sense a sudden attack of unconscious rising to wards the head as also pain in cervical region. I' m a case of diastolic dysfunction wiht bp. 140/90 sugar just normal, cervical & lumbo- sacral spond aged 63.5 years. As of late I've had sever colds & cough. I went to dr. seeking remedy for the sensation I wrote above. Instead of any heed given to the problem he prescribed montecope and unicontin to be taken in the eveng. & bed-time respectively. May I know the tablets are the complete treatment of all my ailments i.e. diastolic dysfunction, loss of breath while in bed. Other medicine I am taking is Pregabalin+mecobalamin -75. Kindly advise.

my son is five year old.my son have cold frequently.while he is going in the bed his nose block completely he doesn't breath properly. Dr. advice him monticope suspension & mometasone aqueous. nasal spray.this medicine is affective or not. nasal spray is not useful his nose doesn't open after we use it.
