Monograph

My husband was but on Ic meclizine 25 mg tablet for severve depression with other medications. When I looked this medicstion up it was stated that it was used for boat and air travel etc. I am confused how this would help depression with severe anxiety attacks. Could you help me.

What other medications did they put him on?

Meclizine is an antihistamine and while it won't help with depression, it does have some calming and sedative like effects that could help with the anxiety issues. Therefore, it may have been added to assist with that, while something else is supposed to treat the depression.
