I have a second degree burn and, although it doesnt hurt anymore my skin is pulled tight and is very dry. Could i apply this to my hand to replenish my skin in the burned areas?

From what I could gather, Mometasone furoate cream USP 0.1% is a medium potency corticosteroid, indicated for the relief of the inflammatory and pruritic manifestations of corticosteroid-responsive dermatoses.

Ref: dailymed.nlm.nih.gov/dailymed/drugInfo.cfm?id=19691

Dermatoses is a general term used to describe any skin defect or lesion on the skin. So in that sense, it should be of some help to your skin. I would also suggest rubbing cucumber on the affected area for additional healing benefits. I believe the more fresh fruit and vegetables we eat, the easier it is for our skin and other organs to heal themselves naturally.
