Please help. Week 2 of coming off Remeron. Feel like crap. Is there ANYONE there that has had success with this. Not sure if I can take it. Confused, jittery, tingly and just overall anxiety. I am also on 25 mills of Zoloft, twice daily. My doctor sucks so please don't tell me to call him because he is useless!!

I'm sorry to hear about your situation,

I personally haven't had experience with Remeron withdrawal, but if I can recommend anything to help speed up the process of detoxing your body, it would be to eat plenty of fruits and vegetables while staying hydrated throughout the day. Also, make sure you are getting plenty of rest and try to get at least 1 hour of exercise in each day to help sweat out any toxins and get your lymphatic system flowing (which will significantly aid in detoxification).

If anyone else has some helpful information to share regarding this topic, that would be great!

Can anyone help? I am taking 25 mills of Zoloft twice daily and recently stopped clonanzapam 2.5 mills and now taking 2.5 mills of alprazolam. I feel horrible. I wake up so very dizzy and feel sick all day. Any one have any advice??
