Methodone Pills
Updatedi have found a bottle of pills in my mom's desk drawer they are round, orange or peach in color, with a M on one side and the other side says 751... are these methadone pills?

No, the M on the pills actually doesn't stand for what they contain, it is just the manufacturer's logo.
The tablets actually contain 10mgs of Cyclobenzaprine, the active ingredient in Flexeril, it is a muscle relaxant.
Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and headache.
