I started treatment on methadone 1 year ago and it has been the best thing that has ever happened to me. I have my life back. I am have been to clinics in CA, NC, and now south carolina. Reno Nevada was pretty lax with take homes but now after transferring to sc with the same company I thought by transfering to same clinic in a different state I would keep take homes. Its the most important thing in my life to get take homes. I absolutely hate going in every day to dose. I am looking for any coastal city (I am a surfboard shape) that has a good clinic with relaxed take home approvals. I'm clean almost always but consume cannabis sometimes cause no one will prescribed me my kpins while im on methadone. California didn't even test for cannabis, but I had no take homes cause that...

I just started going to the methadone clinic about two weeks ago when they did my intake they said my urine drug test was positive for Suboxone. I've never taken Suboxone in my life so I started at the clinic and reach my max dose which isn't holding me. And when I went in today I asked to make an appointment with the doctor to see if I can be raised they gave me another drug test And again it came up positive for Suboxone. I'm being completely honest when I say I've never taken it. I've heard what it looks like that is either stripped her pills but never even seen it so my question is has anybody else experienced false positives for Suboxone or Know of any other derogatory medicines or foods that would make it come up positive for that? I am going to visit a friend in mexico for 23 days. And I take methadone, liquid form... not sure if there is other forms, so that's why i mentioned it's liquid form i take, mixed with orange juice. My doctor has okay me a months supply before i leave, but how do i pack it safetly in my luggage, so it doesn't explode leak, or anything else horrible. I am currently on a hundred and 80 milligrams of methadone and at 8 p.m. every night I start to feel icky and in little withdrawal by morning I am in full withdrawal! if I split my doses and take 90mgs in the morning and 90mgs in the late afternoon will that help my wds? also the main question is when I go to 90 milligrams in the morning will l get sick from only taking the 90 mgs instead of the 180mg? I am seeking information on existing or establishing organizations / associations for chronic patients to fight for our rights to live without being in unbearable pain day in and day out. Could someone please advise me , as I have a BIG PROBLEM. I'm suffering from Central Pain SYNDROME following a severe STROKE in 2006 . I was tried on several drugs, but methadone @ 150mg daily is what I've been on for years, which totally destroyed my teeth . In November of 2015, I was told by Pain Management, that because of new federal guidelines that my MME-morphine equivalent MUST BE MUCH LOWER . They started reducing my daily level at that time .Now, 6 months later, I'm now at 20 mg, tomorrow, I go on 15 mg daily, after being on 20 for the last week. My Methadone dose increase was stopped by my counselor at 85 ml. I'm on week 5 fresh off Fentanyl and Hydromorphone. The crazy thing is my counselor looked pleased that she stopped my dose as if she caught a drug addict trying to use drugs lol??? Please help - Can I get Methadone in Mexico with a Canadian script? Anyone know? ## From my research, it appears that Methadone is illegal in Mexico. They only allow it to be used in certain extreme cases, where no other pain relief works, for AIDs patients. I'm having surgery for knee replacement and this is the first time I've had surgery and general anaesthetic while on methadone.
