I took about 150 mg of methodone, I need to know how long it will show in your urine. I took a drug test after 18 days and am waiting the results. I had found about four different Dr. Harrison's there on google just now. In many cases, I also think it would be important to let your medical records speak for themselves when it comes to finding someone who is willing to give you what you truly need. A little more than a year ago I had to change Suboxone doctors. Up to that time, the only problem I ever had was simply being able to pee in that cup. However, the drug screen from my first new patient appointment popped positive for Methadone. Yes, I am an opioid addict. Yes, I was (and still am) a Suboxone patient. No, I have never in my life taken even a dose of methadone. Not illegally or legally. I am very detail oriented with meds. I can tell you the imprints and/or design on any med I take. I can't even tell you for sure what form Methadone is (I've heard both liquid and pill but not sure). Just recently got medicaid in nj and have been on methadone maintainence for 10 years . All of the clinics have waiting lists that are over 6th long for new medicaid patients. I think i have a drug test coming up at the clinic and i have methadone pills instead of the liquid that i usually take. Will taking the pill form give me a dirty urine at the clinic? ## Hi Heather, From what I was able to gather, the active ingredient is still the same in the pill vs liquid form. The main difference being that the different binders in the pill will make it work through your system slower than the liquid form. It also shouldn't show up as anything different in a urinary analysis, being that it is still methadone. If you were prescribed methadone, then you shouldn't have anything to worry about. He recently obtained health insurance, and is looking for a doctor that is willing to prescribe a months supply at a time, that takes his insurance. In 2006 i broke my neck and was paralized from the neck down, 10 days later had spinal surgery and luckily my paralisis was able to be reversed.i was prescribed methadone FOR PAIN RELIEF. I need a doctor in Oklahoma to prescribe me methadone for chronic pain! I have 4 discs blown n my back and both types diabetes causing severe diabetic neuropathy. Regardless of the time clean, which will still be very short by the way, there could be some possible issues with certain anesthetics or other medications used before, during and after the surgery. I am on 6 mg of suboxone and have been dosing for five years.. I have come across some 10 mg methadone tablets and am wondering if I could take some of the done tabs to get a high? But am concerned about any problem. I was tested a couple weeks ago by swab and it came back as having methadone in my system. I had been taking nightquil for a cold I was starting to get. Could it have come back false positive? ## I just liked it up and yes, it seems that some of the ingredients in Nyquil can cause a false positive on some tests for Amphetamines, Heroine, Methamphetamines, Morphine, Methadone and other opiates. They don't specifically state which ingredient it is, but the resource I use lists only the medications that have been scientifically/medically proven to register false positives for other substances. They are large white and blank pills. ## Hi Atiyeh, In the US, the FDA requires pharmaceutical drugs to have a marking of some sort for proper identification. However, in other countries such as Mexico, the regulatory oversight seems to be more lax, whereas many prescription drugs are dispensed with no imprint. The modern method to taper off of any medication is usually to have the person gradually lower their dose while skipping days, at the same time, so you lower it, while spacing your doses further and further apart. Have you consulted a medical professional? That would be the best way to find the tapering method safest for you.
