Methadone Night Pain
UpdatedI've been on methadone now for about 5 months. It's a pretty low dose. I also unfortunately top it up with alot of codeine.
I have a really great doctor and team who are doing their best to help me and I am a difficult client!
Anyway, long story short, the last 6 weeks or so I am in alot of pain at night time. I mean alot. It's extreme cramping and muscle pain. It lasts into the morning and I walk badly for the first hour or so after getting up. I'm plagued with nightmares too. I think I suffer from ptsd. I thought maybe the nightmares are causing anxiety and tension leading to body cramping?
Does any one here know what is wrong or am I alone

Methadone does not cause muscle cramps. Lack of water causes muscle cramps. Increase your methadone & get off those codeine pills. The codeine are known to upset your stomach & cause constipation. Drink lots of water during the day...not coffee, not juice..good ole water. Learn to love water. :0)
Cut out all sugar, breads, wheat, grains etc....buy a 800 watt -1200 watt blender with 24 oz cups with blade attachments (approx. $50-100). Buy veggies.

Dandelion Leaves
Lettuce- Romanian & Red
Ginger Root
Carrots
Kiwi
Bananas
Blackberries & or Raspberries
Extra Virgin Olive oil
Grape Seed Extract oil
Mineral oil
Liquid B12
Apple x1 Orange x1
Lemon juice- squirt
Water
+ Protein Powder from Veggies..1/2 scoop per 24 oz cup ---Blend this all up...this will last for 3-5 days...cut the veggie portions in half so you get 2 cuts per week. i.e- use half of the lettuce in the first cut, etc... Drink this for breakfast & lunch...at night ..eat fish, chicken or a steak. No potatoes. No Tomatoes..only the pulp. (lectins = bloating-pain). Do this for 1 month. During this time..drink 2 glasses of lemon juice & water...plus 1 apple cider vinegar pill at the start of each week...just 1 day. This will detox your liver..get rid of your liver belly. You will notice right away..you will drop 10-12 lbs in the first week. Next is to stay active..walk each day, not alot...just keep moving. If you can..make yourself sweat...raise that heart rate. If you stay on this ...start a fitness routine...not severe ...just a light routine. Cut back on the liver cleanse to once per month after awhile.
Supplements to take:
Cod liver oil - one per day
Multi vitamin for women or men.... 1 every other day.
1 baby aspirin at night at bed.
***Colloidal silver can be added, 8 drops once a week - add digestive enzymes to your supplements if you take this***
That should take care of anything that ails you.
For the dreaded C word..use RSO Oil. Google it.
