Metformin/jardiance

Hi I take 25mgs of Jardiance after my breakfast and 2000 mg after dinner. Because of having to visit the bathroom much more with the Jardiance in the mornings, could I take it after my evening meal and the Metformin after my breakfast? This would only be while I am away on holiday and then go back to normal taking the tablets as before my holidays

You should take the medications as instructed by your doctor, if you feel you need to make any changes, even temporarily, you should check with them to make sure it is okay for you to do so.

Increased urination can be a typical side effects of these medications, as well as an effect of diabetes. Other side effects, as reported by the FDA, may also including nausea, gas, bloating, stomach pain, diarrhea, and lowered blood sugar levels.

How long will you be on holiday?

The Metformin can also cause the same side effects, so it might not really improve things.
