Based on the description provided, I found your pill to be Skelaxin (800 mg); a generic for Metaxalone.
Skelaxin is a muscle relaxant used to relax muscles and relieve pain caused by strains, sprains, and other musculoskeletal conditions.

My Dr. Perscibed this medication and I took it to a leading pharmacy to have it refilled. I must say that when I went to pick up the medicine, I was shocked. The cost is far to costly for my budget $362.00. Is there any other medicine that be used, that cost far less?
