Having suffered a bleed stroke my right leg and right arm is tingling and numb will Metanex work for me or just for diabetic nerve damage

Metanx is just classified by the FDA as a medical food which contains nutrients that support nerve health. Thus, it may help, but there's no way to know for sure until you try it. The only known side effect listed is nausea due to its potency.
