I am 54 yrs old and am worried because of the recent info and commercials of men having heart attacks or strokes while using testosterone. all the studies are inconclusive but I thought if I could get some feedback from someone or a few people who have been on T therapy for a period of time and have conclusive results it might help me. right now my cholesterol is bad and the doctor says the Testosterone will help get that back to good levels, but the info out there warns that Testosterone can cause cholesterol problems as well as plaque in the arteries.??????? HELLLLPPPPP what is the safest for me???????? ## Hello, Randy! How are you? I understand your concerns, but to be completely honest, there are risks associated with all ...
I have been on testim 1% for 6 years and my TT has consistently been in the range of 450-500, using 2 tubes daily. Last May, my insurance company dropped testim and I am now starting to use Androgel 1.62. My new endocrinologist took me offer everything for 2 weeks to see where my numbers were. My TT was 190 an bioavailable and free T were 1/2 the # (bottom range) for both. My new doctor has started me on 1 pump daily of the 1.62. My feeling is that this 1 pump may be too little to get into the normal range of 5-600 TT. Any suggestions? ## Hello, Jeff! How are you? Your doctor is just being cautious, which is the right thing to do. Any time you switch a medication like this, there is no way of knowing how it will affect you. It may work better than the prior one, or it may not, but it is...

Most folks that post on this and other forums either started on injections or started on gel and then switched to injections for various reasons. I am curious if anyone has switched back to gels after using injections and if so why? I am considered doing just this as even though my Total T numbers are higher with injections I believe I have more energy and focus while on gel. ## I haven't read any posts, so far, where someone said they'd switched back. However, what I can say is that you should do what's best for you. If you feel that you had better results on the gel, than you do on the injections, then by all means tell your doctor and ask them about switching back. Sometimes the hormone level isn't an accurate picture of the overall effect, as many of us ladies can te...
I was wondering if I could get a prescription for Viagra from one of those Urgent Care Walk-In centers. ## Hello, Enrico! How are you? No, ED is not considered something that requires urgent treatment. If you require such a medication, you'll need to see your regular doctor. This medication may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, stuffy nose and headache. Are there any other questions I can help with?
I've been using Cernos brand 1% testosterone gel for about six months now, and I really do feel like I notice a difference in my overall vigor and well being. My problem now is that my current source has stopped carrying it. I have about two months worth left, but I'm afraid my health will backslide if I don't find a doctor who will prescribe it soon. I appreciate any leads.

Stopped for 8 months. Was producing A level of 300 by following dr Mercolas Natural plan. Went back on Androgel per Dr. On the new 1.62 formula 3 pumps for 4 months. Was on 1% at 6 pumps. Actually did 4. 6 was too much Now I'm noticing poor sensitivity to arousal. I was performing better without Viagra before I stopped and restarted HRT. Perhaps have my hemoglobin too high ? I try to donate blood per dr to regulate it as HRT causes hemoglobin to increase. I eat healthy and exercise. Very fit No changes made. But Perf is not what it was. Cholesterol and BP are good. Cholesterol under 200 BP 120/80 ## Are you on any other medications? The HRT itself could be having an effect, due to the fact that your body has to rebalance your hormones. How old are you? Age can also play a role, it i...
cialis 50 cialis ## Based on my research, Levitra (Vardenafil) is a medication for impotence, made by Bayer in Australia/New Zealand. As far as comparing it to Cialis is concerned, both medications are considered to be potent and effective for treating generalized ED. Although I believe Vardenafil is said to have a shorter elimination half-life than Cialis. Is there anything else in particular that you wanted to know about either medication? I hope this helps!

Is it safe to use axiron and androderm simultaneously? I was on axiron for a year and my Urologist prescribed androderm. I read that axiron delivers 30 mgs of test versus 5 mg that androderm delivers. Will this drop in dosage cause unwanted side effects? ## Hello, Ed! How are you? Which dosage of the Androderm was prescribed? There is more than one available and how often do you change the patch via the prescribing instructions? A dosage change may result in your feeling more tired and having a lower libido for a few days, until your body adjusts. ## I was prescribed the 2 mg patches but they come off too easily especially when I sweat. My Urologist told me to go back to Axiron and one pump per armpit. Testosterone is the best. Test is best ...after a year on it I feel great. My concern...

Can I use viagra 50 daily while I'm using candesartan 16 daily ## Hello, Yahya! How are you? If you have high blood pressure or a cardiac condition, it may not be safe for you to take Viagra, because it can also lower blood pressure and having it drop too low could create complications or put you in danger. What has your doctor advised? How often do you have an ED problem?
Can I take Viagra and Amoxycillin at the same time? ## Hi Steve, How's it going? Based on my research, there are no drug interactions listed between Viagra and Amoxicillin. So in that regard it sounds like there shouldn't be any problem taking the two together. The only thing you may want to stay away from is large amounts of grapefruit while using Viagra, since it could potentially raise the levels of the drug in your body and/or delay the amount of time it takes to work. I hope this info helps!
hi i am currently taking1 fendex 10mg- 1 noten 50 mg nightly and 1 atacand 8mg in the morning. can i take viagra . ## Are you currently already taking viagra? What mg? ## Hello, Rick! How are you? I found my husband with Blueish green diamond shaped pills no lettering on either side. I thought they were viagra and was confused why he had them as he has never had a problem with me in the bedroom ever! when I confronted him about them he said they were an antacid reflux pill. He takes Tums anyway at times but he says these are for when it gets really bad one was actually in half and although it was blue/green on the outside it was white inside. he had a delivery in the past of Viagra to the house which he swears was by mistake by the company sending them out and he said he returned them. I believed him at the time. Why else would he be taking Viagra. He swore to me time and time over it was definitely not Viagra and I want to believe him, so I really hope you can tell me it is inde...
In Dec, my total testosterone was 220, free around 4. In January, I tested again as a double check and it was 167. I also learned my vitamin D was very low (22). I started the injections, and then moved to Androgel 1.65. I visited an Endocrinologist in May who confirmed I had Hypogonadism, but no true source could be identified. I also visited a urologist in late July who does Testopel, and he confirmed he could do it for me. Said he would start with 14 pellets. My insurance will cover the procedure, and will cover 80% of the cost of each pellet. The urologist charges $100 / per pellet, so my total cost would be $20 X 14 pellets = $280 + $35 copay = $315. What I didn't like about the urologist was his matter of fact approach: you have Low T, you need to treat it. No interest in look...
