Hi Barbara,

Did you by chance mean to say "meditussin"? I was unable to locate any drugs by the name of "meditus".

The only other term by which I was able to locate some information, was that in referring to "Diabetes Meditus type 1". So, assuming that there is a drug by the name of Meditus, I would think that it is a medication for those with diabetes type 1.

In regards to Meditussin, it contains Guaifenesin + Dextromethorphan; which is used as a cough medicine and decongestant.

I did find that Meditussin is available in Australia, however I'm not able to find a full list of all the countries that have it available. Alternatively, you can easily find the active ingredients over-the-counter in many other countries, as they are fairly common.

Do you have any other questions or information to add in regards to this?
