Medifortan AS is just a multivitamin, so there is no harm in taking it, unless your doctor has instructed you not to do, or you take too much of them.

mhimz, since I can't find the specific list of ingredients, I'd suggest you check with your doctor, before taking any, just to be on the safe side, since some substances do pass into the breast milk.
