Medical Aid For Erosive Antralgastritis

IAM HAVING REPORT FROM GASTROSCOPY REPORT THATI HAVE EROSIVE ANTRAL GASTRITIS.PLEASE SUGGIST A MEDICINE.

Past two months I've been suffering from antral gastritis and it didn't cure bcoz of stress and too much eating coz some stupid suggestion of gainin weight..but for last one week I'm
On diff meds ..Omez D,Stelbid and sucrafil..and endoscopy 1month back showed mild antral gastritis..I had too much chest pain and right side stomach pain ..one week meds made my chest pain better but Antrum pain persists..also will playing sports harm?ans how long will this take to heal!
