My sister took a Meclizine pill and a Meloxicam pill one after the other. I had to carry her cause she couldn't keep her balance, was dizzy, and felt nausea. Should she have taken them together?

What were the dosages?
Has she consulted a doctor?
The Meloxicam is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory and it can cause some nausea and dizziness, but the Meclizine should have helped with that.
Her reaction sounds very extreme and unusual, so she definitely needs to consult a doctor about this.
