Just purchased (4) 50 Mg. Maxifort in Chapala, Mexico for 185 Pesos. Works just like Viagra. Works better if taken on an empty stomach 30 minutes before being intimate. We definitely need the FDA to approve Maxifort for sale in the US.

Maxifort works perfect for those who r gonna take it 30 mins beforehand. If your problem is big u can take 1 1/2 pills. Eat 3 hrs before using it cause the food may delay the effect as well as alcohol.

Got Maxifort in PV Mexico, was holding some doubt boubts and was about to buy branded Viagra, opted for generic which was/is 50mg zirmax/sildeafil and form me worked.
I tried it and it worked as expected, the Clerk is not an MD or PhD but knew the basics; at 340 Pesos for 4, which equals about $28.00 (US) w/o a scrip is fairly good.
Only concern I had as a celiac was binders (gluten) but none came up, though for Celiacs I would check further into it before taking or risk a reaction. I am not an MD or PhD but know enough to make an educated decision, which for me this was.
Again, I am not an MD but in my honest opinion it worked just the same.

The cost comparison is not exactly correct.
I 100mg Viagra costs 9.50 US
4 50 mg Zimax costs 11.00 US
