I was in Puerto Vallarta in November 2011, I found a 10 count bottle of 50 mg tablets of Maxifort for 650 pesos.

In Mexico, a bottle of 10 tablets of Maxifort is about 650 pesos or about $5/pill where Cialis or Viagara in the US is about $20 a pill.

Angela... don't know what country you live in, but if you live in a city bordering Mexico, such as Southern California/Texas you can slip across the border to Mexico for a reasonably priced purchase. Unfortunately we in Canada and most of the USA folks have to put up with the horrible ripoff prices charged by the pharmacies, chemists or drug stores....depending on the country you live in.

In Mexico many if not most meds are NOT prescription, meaning you can buy over the counter. In the USA and Canada drugs such as sildenfil citrate are prescription only to limit access and the supply of a high demand medication, and of course keep the price high. Having to go to a doctor for a prescription is a total waste of money. Here in Mexico, you don't have to...here you go to a doctor here because you are sick or have some medical problem...not because you need a prescription refill.

...Dr Simi (is a chain of drug stores designed to upset the ripoff prices of prescription drugs in Mexico).. Maxifort... Zimax... it's all the same stuff...sildenfil citrate packaged whatever way they think it will sell best... and it's the same stuff as Viagra, Phizers prized money maker now out of patent in many countries like Mexico.

Folks.. quit paying the semi ripoff Phizerf prices for this great ED med... sildenfil citrate should be sold as cheaply as aspirin in bottles of 50 or even 100 for $10...it's cheap to make.

The goofballs on here are just hosing you with their Phiser like packaging and prices of 4 pills for whatever...

In Mexico ol Dr. Simi (farmacia similarires... they are everywhere) are selling 100mg Maxifort for 219pesos (4) ... cut em in half if only 50mg needed... that's $17 for 8 50mg tabs. Get em between the 'sale' hours of 11:00 to 13:00 and 17:00 and 19:00 and there is a further 25% discount.

I bought 10 tablets in PV, MX. I tried it 4 times with great results. The fifth time, 8 hours after taking, I had a bright red flush (sunburn look) and a sudden 90 second loss of vision in one eye. I don't know yet if it was sildenafil or this particular mfg process. It was enough to get my attention.
