Hi, Liaquath! How are you?
This is actually just a nutritional supplement that contains a variety of vitamins that are important to your overall health, including Methylcobalamin (B12), Pyridoxine (B6), Folic Acid and others.
It's used to treat or prevent a deficiency in any of the vital nutrients that it contains.
There is no set time period that it must be taken and no, it won't help treat diabetes.
Has your doctor told you to take it?
Thanks for the info.
