What is a medium light green pill with MYLAN on one side and TH underscore 1 on the other side? Please help.

Light Green Pill with MYLAN on one side and TH on top and 1 on the bottom other side.

This tablet contains Triamterene 37.5 mg Hydrochlorothiazide 25 mg (NDC 0378-1352). Hydrochlorothiazide/Triamterene is used to treat high blood pressure and edema (swelling). Specifically it is used in those who develop low blood potassium (hypokalemia) when on only hydrochlorothiazide.

Inactive Ingredients:

- Silicon Dioxide
- Croscarmellose Sodium
- D&c Yellow No. 10
- Magnesium Stearate
- Cellulose, Microcrystalline
- Powdered Cellulose
- Sodium Lauryl Sulfate
- Fd&c Blue No. 1
