I found these long green pills marked with "mstsm 500". Would like to know what they are?

I am very upset as I found three MSTSM caplets in my Tylenol Extra container, upon checking what they contain I became even more concerned as the ingestion of ephedrine caused me to have a TIA, thus I was turned down an insurance policy application for 7 years. I am appalled at finding these pills in a sealed bottle purchased at our Co-op pharmacy.
